ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ accepts all forms of credit cards and payments via PayPal.com. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Orders are shipped once your payment has cleared.

SHIPPING

ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ ships domestically via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Products will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ blends and hand pours every jar of product; during times when orders are in high volume, you may experience extended processing times. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to small batch process of ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ, all sales are final. In the event that you received the wrong or defective product, please contact ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ within 2 days of receiving your product(s). Please be prepared to provide ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ with a complete description and/or picture(s) upon request. ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ will then determine the best course of action. Please note that ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ is not responsible for shipments returned to us.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact ÒRÍ BY TÓPÉ within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled. As stated above, all sales are final.
